Does my fluffinn listing stay free?
Yes. Your directory listing remains free. Loyal-T Cards is optional and does not buy a better review, ranking or faster listing approval.
Do customers need another app?
They need a compatible phone with Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. There is no separate Loyal-T Cards customer app.
Who runs the program each day?
Your team invites customers, records eligible visits and gives rewards. You cover the reward costs. We prepare the card and onboard your team. Reward costs, daily program management, ads, social posts and booking or POS integrations are not included.
When will my card be ready?
After checkout, email your business name and order email to hello@fluffinn.com or hello@loyal-t.cards. We collect your logo and colours, agree the reward and arrange onboarding. Timing depends on receiving those materials and scheduling the setup.
How do I cancel?
Email hello@fluffinn.com or hello@loyal-t.cards from your subscription email before the next renewal. We confirm the cancellation. Access continues through your paid month or year; cancellation does not automatically refund the current period.
