Optional analytics and business reports
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page views and selected actions. Google receives technical device and connection data; its event and user data retention is set to 14 months. Fluffinn also keeps aggregate profile views, visible listing cards and contact-button clicks for private business reports. Names, emails, phone numbers, form contents and search text are not sent in these events. Your analytics choice lasts 180 days and can be changed using Analytics settings in the footer. Declining does not affect the directory. Reporting totals are kept for 24 months; event receipts expire after 24 hours and hashed abuse-control keys after one hour, with expired records cleared during processing. Reports show actions, not identified people or confirmed bookings.
Card votes
Voting stores an anonymous browser identifier in an essential cookie for up to 180 days and a vote for that business in our database. You can remove your vote on its profile. Votes expire after 180 days. A daily hashed network identifier limits abuse and is discarded after 24 hours when votes are processed. Votes are not verified unique people. No email is collected or message sent to the business.
Your information
fluffinn lists pet businesses in Skopje using public business sources and details submitted by their owners. Source links and research dates appear on profiles. Contact hello@fluffinn.com with privacy questions or to request access, correction or deletion.
Listing requests
When you submit a listing, claim or correction, we store your name, email, business details, message, consent, date and review status privately in the site database. We also store a hashed network identifier to limit spam. Requests are reviewed before publication. A claim does not immediately give control of a profile.
Storage and notifications
Saved places and your language choice stay in your browser. We use no advertising trackers. The site is hosted on Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Email notifications may use Resend when configured. Submissions are not enrolled in marketing.
Retention and outside links
We keep requests while reviewing and maintaining the listing or resolving related questions. Ask us to remove information that is no longer needed. Maps, social networks and Loyal-T Cards have their own privacy terms. Business images credit their sources.
